- Neutralization of GP130 in TF‚1 human erythroleukemic cell line. Samples were incubated in GP130 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23817). Recombinant Human Oncostatin M/OSM stimulates proliferation in the TF‚1 human erythroleukemic cell line (orange line), as measured by Resazurin. Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human Oncostatin M/OSM (0.8 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human gp130 Monoclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.04-0.2 µg/mL.
