- Immunofluorescent analysis of Perilipin-2/ADFP in HepG2 cells using Perilipin-2/ADFP monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24797). Cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton-X100. The sample was then incubated with anti-ADFP/Perilipin-2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24797) and detected with anti-mouse Dylight 488 (1:500) and Phalloidin (1:200). Images were taken at 40x magnification.
