- Neutralization antibody testing demonstrates the specificity of an antibody through a correlation between antibody binding and the activity of the target. Neutralization of TECK is shown by the decrease in chemotaxis in CCR9 transfected BaF3 cells with increasing concentrations of TECK Antibody (Product # PA5-47479).

- Neutralization of TECK in human CCR9. Samples were incubated in TECK polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47479). Recombinant Human CCL25/TECK chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with human CCR9 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin. Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Human CCL25/TECK (3 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human CCL25/TECK Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. 55 μg/mL of this antibody will neutralize 50-70% rhTECK induced chemotactic effect.
