Experimental details

Immunofluorescent analysis of GSPT1 in HepG2 cells. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: GSPT1 stained by GSPT1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47005) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI Scale bar= 10 µm.
