- Centrin3 antibody detects Centrin3 protein at centrosome by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: A549 cells were fixed in 100% MeOH for 5 min. Green: Centrin3 protein stained by Centrin3 antibody (Product # PA5-35865) diluted at 1:1,000. Red: alpha Tubulin Polyclonal Antibody [B-5-1-2] (Product # MA1-25054) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
