- Western Blot analysis of Interferon alpha-10 using Interferon alpha-10 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112100) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: K562 whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 ?g per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti- Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight 800) at 1:10000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 22 kDa. Observed band size: 22 kDa.
