- This antibody is specific for NOX2/gp91phox (aa 382-389, PKIAVDGP). The immunogen was prepared using partially purified human neutrophil flavocytochrome b (heparin Ultrogellectin affinity purification in Triton X-100). Western blot results show a band at 65 kDa, which matches the predicted molecular weight. For IHC applications, perform heat-mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer, pH 6, prior to staining.
