Western blot analysis of USH1C in Lane A: Caco-2 Whole Cell Lysate (60 µg). Samples were probed using a USH1C Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81109) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:73 kDa. Observed band size:70 kDa.

Positive staining was localized to epithelium. Left panel: tissue incubated with primary antibody. Right panel: tissue incubated with mixture of primary antibody and antigen (recombinant protein).
