- Western blot analysis from lysates of KATO-III human gastric carcinoma cell line and ME-180 human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 5 µg/mL mouse Anti-human Wnt-9a Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-24050) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. For additional reference, recombinant human Wnt-9a (20 ng) was included. Specific bands for native Wnt-9a were detected at approximately 30 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Samples were incubated in WNT9A monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24050) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody.
