- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat LAR by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line, and Y3-Ag rat myeloid cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat LAR Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3004) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). Bands were detected for LAR at approximately 207 kDa for full-length LAR and 139 kDa for cleaved LAR (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
