- Immunocytochemistry analysis of ATG4D in U251 cells. Samples were incubated with ATG4D monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-18110) using a dilution of 1:25 followed by Dylight Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse lgG at a dilution of 1:400 (green). Cells (right) were treated with Chloroquine (50 μM, 16hr). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
