Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-AF4 antibody (Product # A302-344A; lot 2) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

- Detection of human AF4 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-AF4 antibody A302-344A used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. AF4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-AF4 antibody A302-345A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).
