- QTRT1 Polyclonal Antibody detects QTRT1 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: U87-MG cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: QTRT1 protein stained by QTRT1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-31270) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining. Scale bar = 10 µm.
