Western Blot using WNT4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-27321). Sample (30 µg of whole cell lysate). Lane A: Non-transfected 293T lysates. Lane B: WNT4 transfected 293T lysates. 10% SDS PAGE. WNT4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-27321) diluted at 1:5,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

WNT4 Polyclonal Antibody detects WNT4 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and Wnt4-transfected (+, including V5-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (100 µg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with WNT4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-27321) at a dilution of 1:2,500. The V5 was used as internal control (Product # PA1-31038)7, 1:2,500) shown at the bottom panel. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
