- Western Blot analysis of ARF3 using ARF3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112154) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: HeLa whole cell lysate, Lane B: HepG2 whole cell lysate, Lane C: Raji whole cell lysate, Lane D: MCF7 whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 ?g per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 21 kDa (We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands).
