Experimental details

Western blot analysis of Carbonic Anhydrase IV in human brain (cerebellum) tissue, human lung tisssue, and A549 human lung carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in Carbonic Anhydrase IV polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47266) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for ICAM‚5 at approximately 150 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Western blot analysis of Carbonic Anhydrase IV in 0.2 mg/mL lysates of human lung tissue and human kidney tissue. Samples were incubated in Carbonic Anhydrase IV polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47266) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG at a dilution of 1:50. A specific band was detected for Carbonic Anhydrase IV/CA4 at approximately 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
