PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human Semaphorin 4C Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47814) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. Samples were incubated in SEMA4C polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47814) using a dilution of 25 µg/mL followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG at a dilution of 0.0763888888888889. A specific band was detected for Semaphorin 4C at approximately 121 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system. Non-specific interaction with the 230 kDa Simple Western standard may be seen with this antibody.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of SEMA4C in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (cortex). Samples were incubated in SEMA4C polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47814) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic . Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to neuronal cell bodies.
