PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human Semaphorin 4C Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47814) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. Samples were incubated in SEMA4C polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47814) using a dilution of 25 µg/mL followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG at a dilution of 0.0763888888888889. A specific band was detected for Semaphorin 4C at approximately 121 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system. Non-specific interaction with the 230 kDa Simple Western standard may be seen with this antibody.
