ZFP57 antibody detects ZFP57 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and ZFP57 -transfected (+, including 3xFlag-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ZFP57 antibody ZFP57 Monoclonal Antibody (GT865) (Product # MA5-27869) diluted by 1:5,000.
