- Detection of Nod1 (human) in HEK 293T transfected cells by PAb to Nod1 (human) (AL184) (Prod. No. ALX-210-918). Method: 10µg per lane of total cell extracts from mock transfected HEK 293T cells (lane 1) or HEK 293T cells transfected with a plasmid coding for human Nod1 (lane 2) were run on a SDS-PAGE gel and analyzed by Western blot. After transfer to nitrocellulose, the membrane was probed with PAb to Nod1 (human) (AL184) at a 1:1'000 dilution. After 1 hour of incubation at room temperature, the membrane was extensively washed and then incubated with goat anti-rabbit horseradish peroxidase (1:5'000 dilution; Jackson) for ECL detection.
