Experimental details

Immunoblot Analysis (Representative lot data): Unstimulated and stimulated Jurkat cells (lanes 1 and 2) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with anti-phospho-LAT (Tyr191) (1.0 µg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates phospho-LAT. Arrow indicates anti-phospho LAT (Tyr191).

Western Blot: Jurkat cells were incubated without (Lanes 1,3) or with (Lanes 2,4) monoclonal antibody that binds Jurkat T-cell receptors. Lysates were probed with anti-phospho-LAT (Tyr191) (2μg/ml) (Lanes 1,2), or anti-LAT (1 μg/ml) (Lanes 3,4).
