Experimental details

Distribution of LAT and NTAL in separate clusters on mast cell plasma membrane sheets. LAT and NTAL were detected on RBL rat basophilic leukemia cell line (1B) by anti-LAT (LAT-1D1) and polyclonal anti-NTAL antibody (GTX80076), followed by 10 nm gold-conjugated secondary antibodies.
