Figure 1A. Distribution of LAT and NTAL in separate clusters on mast cell plasma membrane sheets. LAT and NTAL were detected on mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells (BMMC; Figure 1A) and RBL rat basophilic leukemia cell line Figure 1B by anti-LAT (LAT-1D1) and polyclonal anti-NTAL antibody (AP03007PU-N), followed by 5 or 10 nm gold-conjugated secondary antibodies, respectively.
