- Immunoprecipitation of SMAD2 / SMAD3 was performed in HeLa whole cell extracts using 2 µg of SMAD3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-34774). Samples were transferred to a membrane and probed with SMAD3 Polyclonal Antibody as a primary antibody and an HRP-conjugated HRP-conjugated anti rabbit IgG was used as a secondary antibody.
