- Detection of Human ALCAM/CD166 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HuT 78 human cutaneous T cell lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human ALCAM/CD166 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB656) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for ALCAM/CD166 at approximately 120 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. For best results, non-reducing conditions only are recommended.
