Experimental details

Immunofluorescent analysis using a DGKZ polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-15319). Cells were plated onto glass coverslips, fixed, permeabilized, and incubated with a SF1 antibody and a DGKZ polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-15319) (B) for 1 h. Immunofluorescence was detected by confocal microscopy.
