- T1R3 antibody [C1C2] detects T1R3 protein by western blot analysis. K562 whole cell extracts and membrane extracts (30 £gg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with T1R3 antibody [C1C2] (GTX116069) at a dilution of 1:500.
