- The lysate of Jurkat (20 ug) was resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with BID monoclonal antibody, clone 4D3 (Cat # MAB2062) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
