- Western blot of Affinity Purified anti-Cyclin L2a antibody shows detection of a band ~38 kDa corresponding to a GST-truncated human Cyclin L2a fusion protein (arrowhead). Approximately 5 ul of an induced E.coli cell lysate expressing recombinant Cyclin L2 was separated by 4-20% SDS-PAGE followed by transfer to nitrocellulose. After blocking the membrane was probed with the primary antibody diluted to 1:1000 overnight at 4C followed by washes and reaction with a 1:10000 dilution of IRDye800 conjugated Gt-a-Rabbit IgG [H&L] MX (611-132-122) for 45 min at room temperature. IRDye800 fluorescence image was captured using the Odyssey Infrared Imaging System developed by LI-COR. IRDye is a trademark of LI-COR, Inc. Other detection systems will yield similar results.
