A goat anti-rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:50,000 was used for detection in HepG2 whole cell lysate, and A549 whole cell lysate (both treated with 30 mM sodium butyrate for 4 hours). Observed band: 15 kDa.
