- Immunocytochemical analysis of WNT8A using WNT8A Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-50327) in Mock and transfected 293T cells at a dilution of 1:500. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Wnt8a stained by Wnt8a antibody (MA5-50327) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.
