Experimental details

Immunohistochemistry analysis of KCNV1 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse kidney tissue. Samples were incubated with KCNV1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25687) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
