- Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of RAW 264.7 (Lane 1), NIH/3T3 (Lane 2) and tissue extract of Rat Liver (Lane 3). The blot was probed with anti-PIPOX Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-39333, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 44 kDa band corresponding to PIPOX was detected across the cell lines and tissue tested.
