- Immunofluorescent analysis of APEX2 in U251 cells using confocal microscopy. Sample was incubated with APEX2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72607) using a dilution of 1:25. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green) with a dilution of 1:400 was used as a secondary antibody. Actin was counterstained with Dylight Fluor 554 conjugated Phalloidin (red).
