- Western blot analysis from lysates of human heart tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of human IL-28 Ra/IFN-λ R1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47713) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for IL-28 Ra/IFN-λ R1 at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
