Western Blot: visinin-like 1 Antibody [NBP2-25168] - Analysis of different tissue lysates using chicken pAb to visinin-like protein 1 (VLP1), NBP2-25168, dilution 1:10,000 in green: [1] protein standard (red), [2] rat brain, [3] mouse brain, [4] pig hippocampus, and [5] cow cerebellum. The band at ~20kDa corresponds to VLP1 protein.

Immunohistochemistry: visinin-like 1 Antibody [NBP2-25168] - Confocal image of adult rat cerebellar cortex stained with NBP2-25168 (green), polyclonal antibody to NF-M: NB300-133 (red) and DNA (blue). NBP2-25168 reveals synapses in the molecular layer (ML) strongly. Synaptic regions are also seen in the granule cell layer (GC). The perikarya of Purkinje cells (PC) and dendrites and axons are revealed with NF-M antibody. Little staining of visinin-like 1 is seen in the white matter (WM).
