Experimental details

Human PBMCs were incubated for 5 hours in media alone (top) or with PMA and Ionomycin (bottom) in the presence of monensin, brefeldin A and 151Eu-anti-CD107a (H4A3). Cells were then fixed, permeabilized, and stained with 165Ho-anti-IFN?³(B27). CD8+ T cells are displayed in the analysis.
