Description

Murlentamab is a humanized IgG1-kappa monoclonal antibody that specifically targets anti-M¨¹llerian hormone receptor type II (AMHRII), also known as M¨¹llerian inhibiting substance type II receptor (MISRII). AMHRII is a transmembrane serine/threonine kinase receptor. By binding to AMHRII, which is selectively expressed on certain reproductive tissues and a subset of cancers. It is being developed as a potential therapeutic for AMHRII-expressing cancers, particularly ovarian cancer and other gynecologic malignancies, where AMHRII may play a role in tumor growth and survival.
