- Western blot analysis using the anti-Suz12 antibody. Nuclear extracts of HeLa cells (20 µg) were analyzed by western blot using the anti-Suz12 antibody (Product # 49-1035), diluted 1:1,000 in TBS-Tween containing 5% milk (lane 2, predicted size: 83 kDa). A molecular weight marker is shown in lane 1.

- ChIP assays were performed using 600 µg chromatin from ES cells and 10 µg of the anti-Suz12 antibody (Product # 49-1034). IgG (10 µg) was used as a negative IP control. The immunoprecipitated DNA was analyzed by qPCR with specific primer sets for different positive and negative genes. Figure 2 shows the results expressed as a percentage of input (the relative abundance of target DNA in the immunoprecipitates compared to the input DNA).
