- Detection of Human DNER by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human brain (cerebellum) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human DNER Biotinylated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF3646) followed by streptavidin-HRP. A specific band was detected for DNER at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
