- Description
- This monoclonal antibody CSTEM31 reacts with human Protocadherin-1, also known as PCDH1 and cadherin-like protein 1. Applications Reported: This CSTEM31 antibody has been reported for use in immunocytochemical staining and flow cytometric analysis. (Fluorochrome-conjugated CSTEM31 is recommended for use in flow cytometery.) Applications Tested: This CSTEM31 antibody has been tested by immunocytochemistry on formaldehyde-fixed and permeabilized human iPSCs, and by flow cytometry on human iPSCs. For immunocytochemistry, this can be used at less than or equal to 5 µg/mL. For flow cytometry, this antibody can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 µg/test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test.
