- Immunofluorescent analysis of FKBP1B in 293 cells using confocal microscopy. Samples were treated with FKBP1B H1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72520). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green) was used as a secondary antibody and DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).
