- Fluorescent image of HUVEC cells stained with ISL2 antibody. Alexa Fluor 488 secondary was used. Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin. ISL2 immunoreactivity is localized to the nucleus.
