- Detection of Human Apolipoprotein M/ApoM by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human plasma and liver tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human Apolipoprotein M/ApoM Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4550) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Apolipoprotein M/ApoM at approximately 25 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
