- Western blot analysis from lysates of human placenta tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human a-N-acetylgalactosaminidase/NAGA Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47863) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for a-N-acetylgalactosaminidase/NAGA at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Western blot analysis of NAGA in human placenta tissue. Samples were incubated in NAGA polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47863) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for α‚N‚acetylgalactosaminidase/NAGA at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Immunocytochemical analysis of a-N-acetylgalactosaminidase/NAGA was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Sheep Anti-human a-N-acetylgalactosaminidase/ NAGA Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47863) at 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (re and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to lysosomes.
