- Flow cytometry of Carbonic Anhydrase VI in OVCAR‚3 human ovarian carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in Carbonic Anhydrase VI monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24136) or isotype control antibody followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab)2 Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
