- Detection of human BLAP75 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from U2OS, HeLa, MCF-7, and LNCaP cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BLAP75 antibody (Product # A300-631A lot 2) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

- Detection of human BLAP75 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BLAP75 antibody BL3007 (Cat. No. A300-631A) used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate (B). BLAP75 was also immunoprecipitated using rabbit anti-BLAP75 antibodies BL3006 and BL3008. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 30 seconds (B).

- Detection of human BLAP75 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BLAP75 antibody (Product # A300-631A; Lot 2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. BLAP75 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (Product # A300-631A; Lot 1) and a second antibody against a different epitope of BLAP75 (BL3007). For blotting immunoprecipitated BLAP75, Product # A300-631A was used at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
