Detection of CD63 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD63 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC5048P, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002P, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005). Detection of CD63 in NS0 Mouse Cell Line Transfected with Human CD63 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. NS0 mouse myeloma cell line transfected with Human CD63 and eGFP was stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD63 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC5048P). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # MAB002).
