- Western blot analysis of CMTM6 in Jurkat lysate (15 µg). Samples were incubated with CMTM6 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49508) with a dilution of 1 µg/mL, followed by peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody. CMTM6 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: MA5-49508 can detect human CMTM6 by Western blotting.

- Immunoprecipitation analysis of CMTM6 which was performed by incubating 2.5 µg/mL of CMTM6 in Jurkat lysate containing 200 µg total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto PVDF membrane. Samples were incubated with CMTM6 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49508) with a dilution of 1 µg/mL, followed by peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody. Lane 1: Jurkat lysate; Lane 2: Human CMTM6 immunoprecipitated from Jurkat lysate by Product # MA5-49508; Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but with an IgG isotype control antibody. Result: MA5-49508 can immunoprecipitate human CMTM6.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of CMTM6 in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human endometrium. Samples were incubated in CMTM6 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49508) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL at room temperature for 1 hour followed by poly-peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody. Antigen retrieval was done using boiling Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9 in a pressure cooker for 3 min. Endogenous peroxidase activity was quenched by incubating the sections with 3% H2O2 for 30 min at room temperature. Diaminobenzidine was used as the chromogen, and the section was counterstained with hematoxylin. Result: Glandular cells are positively stained at the cell membrane.
