- Detection of Mouse Chk2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line and C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse Chk2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB22851) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for Chk2 at approximately 61 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
