- Desmocollin 2 antibody [C1C2], Internal detects Desmocollin 2 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 ?g) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and blotted with Desmocollin 2 antibody [C1C2], Internal (GTX108888) diluted by 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
